I am certainly not the first person to be fascinated by the relationship between movement and space, nor will I be the last. For there to be any depth to my own discovery, I must first research those that have come before me, and speak with those that are discovering alongside me.

Kenin Audio Adventures serve as a tool to unlock the amazing things that already exist in your body and imagination.

 

No matter how you move, what you do and where you are, it is my hope that you can take a moment to appreciate your own way of moving and the individual experiences you have. If anything, these episodes can serve as a nice break in your day and perhaps stir up some creativity.
